These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your inquiries, sample requests and orders with BOTUO Packaging. By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We supply customized OEM/ODM plastic bottles and packaging. Product images, colors, dimensions and descriptions on this website are for general reference. The final product is defined by the approved drawing, sample, specification sheet or order confirmation. Minor variations in color, size, weight and finish may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances. Minimum order quantities, tooling, lead times and customization options are confirmed in the quotation.

Prices shown on this website, if any, are estimates and may not include taxes, shipping, tooling or customization. The exact quotation is prepared from your requirements, including quantity, color, material, thickness, decoration and packing. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it and is not a binding offer until we confirm the order in writing.

Orders are accepted only after we confirm the specification, quantity, price, payment terms and delivery schedule in writing. We may require a deposit before production and approval of a sample or pre-production proof before mass production. Changes or cancellations after approval may incur material, tooling or production costs.

Payment terms are stated in the quotation or invoice. Prices do not include taxes, duties, brokerage fees or other charges unless stated. Shipping terms and the point at which risk passes are identified in the quotation or order confirmation, using the agreed Incoterms where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production, inspection, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to BOTUO Packaging and may not be used without permission. You are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos and other materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights. Ownership of custom molds, tooling and designs is as agreed in the quotation or a separate written agreement.

We may receive business, technical or commercial information from you in connection with an inquiry or order. We will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose for which it was provided, except where disclosure is required by law.

We aim to manufacture products that conform to the approved specifications. You should inspect goods promptly after delivery and notify us in writing of any visible defect or shortage within the period stated in the order or, if none is stated, within a reasonable time. We may ask for photographs, samples or inspection evidence. If a verified defect is our responsibility, we may repair, replace or credit the affected goods at our option.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or delayed production. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid to us for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to comply with applicable laws, including anti-bribery, sanctions, export control and product safety requirements. We may suspend or terminate an order or access to the website if we reasonably believe there is a legal, safety or payment issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Subject to any applicable mandatory law, disputes will be submitted to the competent court at our registered address in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the applicable quotation and order confirmation, are the entire agreement for the relevant order. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
